Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of BeautifyOS, salon management software that provides online booking, calendars, checkout and client management. By creating an account or booking through a BeautifyOS-powered page, you agree to them.
The service
BeautifyOS gives salons a management application and a public booking page. Salons remain fully responsible for the services they sell, their prices, their availability and how they treat their clients; BeautifyOS is the software, not the salon.
Accounts
- Salon accounts are for the business that registered them. Keep logins personal and secure, and tell us about any suspected misuse.
- Client accounts exist to make booking easier. Signing in with Google or Facebook links only your name and email.
- We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, or unlawful activity.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, in euros, at the prices shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase, plus applicable VAT. New salons start with a free trial; when it ends, continued use requires a paid plan. You can change or cancel your plan at any time, taking effect at the end of the current billing period.
Bookings and payments at the salon
A booking made through BeautifyOS is an appointment with the salon, subject to that salon's own policies on cancellations, deposits and no-shows. Payments for treatments are between the client and the salon.
Data
Salon and client data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Salons own their business data and client records; we process them to provide the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use BeautifyOS to send spam, to store data you have no right to hold, to interfere with the service, or to break the law. Do not attempt to access other accounts or tenants' data.
Availability and liability
We work to keep BeautifyOS available and dependable, but no software is promised to be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be announced in the application or by email. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
