BeautifyOS is built in a working salon rather than around a whiteboard. Every screen has had to survive a full calendar, a queue at the desk, and a card machine that will not wait.
What we think is wrong with salon software
It assumes you do one thing
Most of it is written for a hair salon, or a nail bar, or a clinic. If your Saturday has a balayage, a pedicure and a laser session running at once, those assumptions start to cost you.
It charges by the booking
A commission on your own regulars is a tax on work you already had. The price here is per salon, and what you take at checkout stays yours.
It locks the useful parts away
Reporting on the top tier, retail as an add-on, the client app as an extra. Every plan here is the whole product; the tiers are about scale, not about which half of the software works.
It treats your client list as its own
Your clients are yours. They export to CSV whenever you like, and every salon’s rows are separated at the database rather than merely filtered in the app.
How it is built
Small promises, kept
There are no customer logos on this site and no star ratings, because BeautifyOS has not earned them yet. When there are, they will be real ones.
