Set your salon up in an afternoon
The four things to do first, in the order that saves the most typing: your services, your team, your hours and your booking page.

The order that works
Add your treatments before anything else
Almost everything reads from the price list — the calendar, the booking page and checkout all build themselves out of it. Go to Services and add your treatments first.
Worth knowing. You do not need the whole menu on day one. Ten treatments is enough to open the calendar; add the rest as they come up.
Add your team
Open Staff and add each person, then set which treatments they do. A specialist with no treatments assigned will not be offered online.
Set your opening hours
In Settings, set the days and hours the salon is open. Online booking never offers a time outside them, and the calendar greys out closed days.
Turn the booking page on
Open Website, pick a template and press Use this. Your booking page is live at once; share the link or point your own domain at it.
Before you invite anyone
Ring up a test sale
Open Checkout, tap a treatment and take a cash payment for it. This proves checkout, the day’s earnings and the receipt all work before a client is standing at the desk.
Worth knowing. Void the test sale afterwards from Accounting → Transactions so it does not sit in your figures.
Book yourself in from the client side
Open your own booking link in a private window and book an appointment. You will see exactly what a client sees, and the booking lands on the calendar.
