Find your way around
Switch between Day, Week and Month
Day gives every specialist their own column and is what the front desk lives in. Week shows six days at once for planning. Month is for spotting the quiet stretches.
Move through the dates
The arrows step one day, week or month at a time. Today returns you to now, wherever you have wandered to.
Filter to one specialist
The coloured chips along the top are your team. Click a name to show only their bookings; click again to bring everyone back.
Read the red line
The thin red line across the day is the current time. Anything above it has happened; anything below is still to come.
Book someone in
Press + Book, or click an empty slot
Clicking straight into a gap fills in the specialist and the time for you — quicker than the form when someone is on the phone.
Pick the client
Start typing a name and existing clients appear. For someone new, type their name and phone and a client card is created as the booking is saved.
Choose the treatment and specialist
The length comes from the treatment, so the card sizes itself. Change the end time if this particular visit will run longer.
Chain a second treatment onto the same visit
Add another treatment to the same booking and it is placed straight after the first, with the right specialist. The client sees one visit, and it checks out as one bill.
Through the day
Move an appointment
Drag the card to another time or another specialist’s column. The client is not told automatically — message them from the appointment if the change is theirs to know about.
Worth knowing. The calendar refuses to drop two bookings onto one specialist at the same time. That guard lives in the database, so it holds even if two people are dragging at once.
Check a client in when they arrive
Open the appointment and press Check in. The card marks them as here, which is what tells the specialist their client is waiting.
Mark a no-show
Set the appointment’s status to no-show rather than deleting it. The slot is freed, the client’s record remembers, and it stays out of your earnings.
Finish the visit at checkout
From the appointment, go to checkout. Taking the payment completes the appointment for you — every chained part of it, not only the one you clicked.
