Let clients book themselves in

How your booking page decides what is free, and the settings that control it.

Sidebar → Website, and Settings

What a client sees

  1. They open your link

Your booking page lists your categories and treatments with real prices and durations, in their own language where you support it.

  2. They pick a treatment and a time

The times offered are worked out live from your opening hours, that specialist’s hours, their existing bookings and your buffer. Nothing offered is already taken.

  3. They sign in and confirm

By email or Google. The booking lands on your calendar immediately and a confirmation goes out to them.

Worth knowing. Two people confirming the same slot at the same moment is handled: the second is told the time has gone and is offered the next one.

Control what is offered

  1. Hide a treatment from online booking

Switch it inactive in Services. It stays available at checkout and in the calendar for you to book by hand.

  2. Keep a specialist off the booking page

Leave their treatments unticked in Staff, or set their hours to none. They stay bookable by you, just not by clients.

  3. Stop last-minute bookings

Set a notice period in Settings so nothing can be booked closer than, say, an hour before the time.

  4. Ask for a deposit

Set one per treatment. The client pays when booking, and the amount comes off their bill at checkout automatically.
