Ring up a visit
Open Checkout
The tiles are your own treatments with their prices — the checkout is built from the price list, so there is nothing separate to maintain.
Start from the appointment where you can
Going to checkout from the calendar brings the client, the treatments and any deposit with it. Starting from a blank sale means typing it all again.
Tap what they had
Each tap adds a line. Tap a second treatment for a chained visit; the bill totals as you go.
Add a tip and take the payment
Choose card or cash. The sale is recorded, a numbered receipt is created, and the appointment is marked completed for you.
Worth knowing. A deposit taken at booking is subtracted automatically. The client pays the balance, not the whole price again.
When it is not a straight sale
Sell a product on the same bill
Retail lines sit beside the treatment. Stock counts down as it sells, so the Store page keeps telling the truth.
Take a walk-in
A sale with no appointment behind it is a walk-in. Ring it up straight from checkout; it counts in the day like any other.
Apply a discount or a gift card
Both come off before the total. The receipt shows what was given, so the figures still reconcile at the end of the day.
Void or refund a sale
From Accounting → Transactions. A void writes a compensating entry rather than erasing history, so the books stay auditable.
Worth knowing. Void, do not delete. A sale that vanishes is a sale you cannot explain to an accountant six months later.
