Sell product and track stock

A retail catalogue that counts itself down as it sells at checkout, so stock, sales and the day’s revenue all come from the same numbers.

Sidebar → Store

Build the catalogue

  1. Press + New product

Name, price and what you have on the shelf. Add a category so the list stays navigable once there are thirty of them.

  2. Import a supplier list

Import CSV takes a whole range at once rather than typing each bottle.

  3. Set a low-stock level

When the count drops to it, the product is flagged on this page. That flag is what stops you finding out at checkout.

Day to day

  1. Sell from checkout

Products appear at checkout beside your treatments. Selling one reduces the stock count immediately.

  2. Watch the top four figures

Products listed, retail revenue over thirty days, how many items are low, and your best seller.

  3. Put the range on your website

On plans that include the web store, your catalogue becomes a page clients can browse from your site.
