Salon marketing software
Salon marketing software
In short
Salon marketing software sends campaigns to lists built from the salon’s own booking history rather than to everybody at once — clients overdue on their own rhythm, clients who never rebooked, clients who have not tried a service. The part that does the work is usually not the campaign but the automation: the reminder, the review request and the cancellation offer that go out without anybody opening the app.
Before you buy
What to look for
The list is the campaign
A good message to the wrong four hundred people does nothing. Most of the return in salon marketing comes from sending an ordinary message to a small, correctly chosen list: the people who are due, the people who lapsed, the people who could fill a gap you have this Thursday.
Automations beat campaigns on effort and on results
A campaign is a decision somebody has to make. An automation is a decision made once. Reminders, review requests, cancellation fills and no-show follow-ups run every day whether or not anyone had time to think about marketing that week, which is why they outperform.
Count the cost per message before you compare prices
Text messages and email sends are where salon software pricing hides. A plan with a low headline and a hundred free texts a month is a different product from one with the messages included. Work out a month at your real volume before comparing anything.
Reviews are marketing you already earned
The client who just left happy is the cheapest review you will ever get, and the window is hours rather than days. A request that goes out automatically a set time after the visit collects reviews that a person meaning to ask never gets around to.

What we built
- Marketing
- Campaigns sent to segments built from the salon’s own booking history: clients overdue on their own rhythm, lapsed clients, clients who have never rebooked, reached over WhatsApp, SMS, email or the app.
- Automations
- Rules that run without anybody opening the app: filling a cancelled slot from the waitlist, following up a no-show, asking for a review after a visit, sending appointment reminders.
- Reviews
- Review requests sent a set time after a visit, and Google reviews synced back in so replies can be written from the same place.
- Chat
- One inbox for WhatsApp, SMS, email and app messages, attached to the client record, so a conversation is not spread across three phones.
- Clients
- One record per client holding their history, their formulas and notes, their photos, what they have spent, when they last came and when they are due, with consent recorded against it.
Questions
Answered
- What does salon marketing software do?
- It builds lists from the salon’s booking history, sends campaigns over WhatsApp, SMS, email or the app, and runs automations such as reminders, review requests and cancellation offers.
- Which channels can I send on?
- WhatsApp, SMS, email and app push. The channel falls back automatically when one is not configured for the salon’s country.
- Can it ask clients for reviews automatically?
- Yes. Review requests are queued a set number of hours after a visit and sent on the salon’s chosen channel.
