Read the numbers

Daily earnings, card against cash, staff revenue, commission, tax and month-end statements.

The income view

  1. Read the four figures at the top

This month’s revenue with last month beside it, how many appointments, what commission is payable, and how much of the revenue your staff brought in.

  2. Split card from cash

The Revenue and tax panel shows each, with the number of sales. Cash reconciles against the drawer; card reconciles against the terminal.

  3. Change the range on the chart

7D, 30D, 90D and YTD. Each bar is one day, stacked so you can see the cash inside the day’s total. Closed days are honestly empty.

  4. Open the transaction list

Every sale, with the staff member, the method and the status, grouped by month — so you can open just the one you are checking.

Month end

  1. Export CSV or PDF

From the Transactions panel, for whichever month you have selected. The CSV is for a spreadsheet; the PDF is for the accountant.

  2. Run a sales report

Sales report gives a period summary — earnings, tax and the split — as a document you can send on.

  3. Check commission

Worked out from each person’s rate against the visits they completed. If it reads zero, no rates are set on the staff records.

  4. Record your costs

The Expenses tab holds rent, stock and wages, one-off or recurring, so the month shows what you actually kept.
