Build your price list
Treatments, categories, durations and prices — the list everything else is built from.

Add a treatment
Open Services
The tabs across the top are your categories, with a count beside each. "All" shows the whole menu.
Press + New service
Give it a name, pick its category, set how long it takes and what it costs. Duration is what reserves the time in the calendar, so make it the real chair time.
Worth knowing. Include your clean-down time in the duration, or add a buffer in Settings. A 45-minute cut that really takes an hour will overrun every day.
Save it
The treatment appears at once in the calendar’s booking form, on checkout and — if it is active — on your booking page.
Keep the list tidy
Group treatments with Manage categories
Categories are what a client scrolls through on the booking page, so name them the way a client would think: Hair, Nails, Facials — not your internal codes.
Reorder by dragging
Use the handle at the left of each row to drag a treatment up or down. The order you set is the order clients see.
Switch a treatment off instead of deleting it
The Active toggle hides a treatment from the booking page and checkout while keeping it on every past appointment and receipt.
Worth knowing. Deleting a treatment that appears in your history is the one change you cannot undo. Toggle it off instead.
Change a price once
Open the treatment, change the price and save. Checkout, the booking page and every new appointment follow immediately. Past sales keep the price they were rung up at.
